Save the Date: First Annual ICE Toast at the Bubble Lounge February 9
Don’t miss this festive event, which will feature savory nibbles and drinks, plus intriguing entertainment at the Bubble Lounge, a totally cool place in Tribeca run by ICE parent Emmanuelle Chiche, who is generously providing many of the refreshments an addition to the Lounge’s delightful amenities. And it gets better: Friends of ICE, the invaluable group of philanthropic individuals that supports the school, has offered to match every dollar we raise! So come and bring a friend (adults only, naturally); we’ll even give you a break on the second admission: $35 for one, $65 for two. The Bubble Lounge is at 228 West Broadway near White Street, the First Annual ICE Toast takes place on Tuesday, February 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

Q. Why should I return an application if I am NOT eligible for free or reduced-price meals?
A. The application is also used to determine the amount of State funding our schools receive for supplies such as books, classroom furniture and other resources. If you feel that you are not eligible for free or reduced-price meals then check the box next to the statement I do not qualify for free or reduced-price meals.
Families only need to submit one application online for all their children, even if their children attend different types of schools (public, private or charter). If families have any questions about the application, they can send an email to OSCompliance@schools.nyc.gov or call the Office of School Food Help Desk at (718) 707-4400 to be directed appropriately.

Is your child playing a sport at I.C.E. this year or joining a team? We must have a consent form from you and a physical examination documented by a doctor. Download/print these forms and return them to your child's Advisor or Kellie Woodson, the Atheltic Director, a.s.a.p.

Please feel free to download, print, and fill out the 2009 Blue Card. The school MUST ask all parents to fill out this form annually to provide us up-to-date information regarding your child and consent for emergency medical treatment. This form must be in school before or on the 1st day of school. It also includes a space to give your child consent for Out Lunch if you wish to. You can also mail this form to:
